Our PhD student Federico attended the Materials Research Society (MRS) Fall 2024 Conference in Boston this December. He presented his work on fibrillar modulation of densified collagen sheets, focusing on their structural and mechanical properties and potential applications in tissue engineering. His poster was nominated for the Best Poster Award — one of just 10 selected from over 600 posters. Congratulations, Federico!
